İmge Damar
An optimization engine that routes pipes, circuit traces and cables together — instead of sequential drawing where the first line blocks the rest, all lines negotiate for space at once.

İmge Damar
İmge Damar is built for jobs where many lines must fit together in a tight space: fuel, oil, water and air pipes in an engine room, the lines around an engine, or the traces of an electronic board. Today these lines are usually drawn one after another by several people; the first line takes the path and the rest have to work around it.
Damar handles all lines at the same time. Each line looks for its best path; lines that want the same space negotiate as that region becomes more expensive. The layout is built without breaking minimum clearance rules to the body, between lines and to defined zones, and every run is compared side by side with the current sequential drawing.
The same negotiation core works on electronic boards: the traces of a KiCad board are routed together and cleaned up with a design rule check. Electrical panel wiring and aircraft, ship and plant cable harnesses are the next applications of the same core; both are in development.
Key Features
What makes this solution powerful.
Routing Many Lines Together
Pipes are routed together, not one by one; lines that want the same space trade places through negotiation. The same input gives the same result on every run.
Clearance and Zone Rules
Minimum clearances are set to the body surface, between lines and to keep-out or hot zones. A result that breaks a hard rule is not accepted; soft rules are weighed.
Manufacturable Bends
Bend radius by pipe diameter, straight length between bends and straight ends are rule-bound; each bend adds cost, so unnecessary bends drop.
Clamp Suggestions
After routing, clamp positions are suggested along each line, using clamp spacing by pipe diameter and shared block clamps for neighboring lines.
Comparison with the Current Process
Each run reports sequential drawing and joint routing side by side: total length, bends, weight, clearance margin, rule violations and clamp count.
Watching Convergence
Routing rounds replay on screen, showing where each line moved in each round and how conflicts were resolved.
CAD Link via STEP
The model is read as STEP and routed pipes are returned as STEP solids that open in İmge CAD, Inventor, NX or SolidWorks.
PCB Trace Routing (KiCad)
Board traces are routed with the same negotiation core, cleaned up with a design rule check and simplified. It runs from the command line today; a KiCad plugin is in development.
Electrical Panel Wiring (in development)
Routing the cables inside a panel together between ducts and terminals; the panel application of the same core.
Cable Harness: Aircraft, Ship, Plant (in development)
Deriving the harness path, bundle diameter and cable lengths together; the harness application of the same core.
Advanced Capabilities
Enterprise-grade features and integrations.
Rules Set from the Interface
Pipes, rules and zones are edited in the application's tabs; every change is validated as it is entered.
Strategy Race
Several search strategies run in parallel; the best result is chosen by rule violations and quality.
Verified Output
The generated STEP file is checked separately; the acceptance screen shows hard violations and unsolved lines plainly.
Fast and Full Runs
A fast run gives direction while designing; a full run produces the final layout.
Benefits & Use Cases
Measurable value for your organization.
The First Line Doesn't Win
No line blocks another because of drawing order; the layout is built for all lines together.
Rule Violations Caught in Design
Clearance and bend rules are part of routing; violations show up on the design screen, not at assembly.
Decisions Backed by Numbers
Length, bends, weight and clamp count sit next to the current process, so it is clear why a layout was chosen.
One Core, Three Domains
No separate engine for pipes, boards and cables; an improvement in one domain carries over to the others.
Implementation & Adoption
End-to-end support for seamless integration.
01
Load the Model
Open the engine room, body or engine model as STEP.
02
Define Lines and Rules
Enter each line's start and end port, diameter and fluid, plus clearance and bend rules.
03
Route
Start a fast or full run, watch the rounds on screen and compare the result with the current drawing.
04
Bring It into CAD
Take the accepted routes into your CAD as STEP; use the pipe list and clamp suggestions.
